SHIPPING
What methods of payment can I use?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept checks and money orders. If you want to pay by money order or
check, it will have to be mailed in. Checks will be held for 15 days.
How do you ship?
We ship only to your billing address on your credit card. If you have a
physical address, then we generally ship your package UPS. If your billing address is a P.O. Box, you live in Alaska or Hawaii, then we will
ship your package by U.S. Mail.
How much is shipping?
Ground shipping is based on the final purchase of your order. Most shipping
falls under the shipping chart found below. Certain items may weigh more and may require additional shipping, but that
will be noted under the item you are interested in. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska, you may be contacted about additional
shipping fees.
Can I get my order faster?
Packages may be sent 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air, or Next Day Air. If you want
this expedited shipping, you will need to have your order ready, with your
address, and call 1-800-234-8654 for an estimate. Certain items, such as pepper spray and air tasers, cannot be shipped through the air due to federal regulations, they will automatically be shipped ground.
Can I ship to an alternate address?
For customers wishing to ship to an address other than their billing address please call the customer service number on the back of your credit card. Have the card issuing bank list your alternate "Ship To" address in the comments or notes section of your account. This is for your protection, as only you will be able to add this information to your account, we cannot do this for you. This will prevent someone else from using your credit card to ship to an alternate address without your authorization. This policy applies to all orders. To help keep our prices competitive for our customers, all fraudulent orders are reported to the FBI, local and state agencies and are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. |
